1. Qué datos usamos
- Datos de Discord: IDs y nombres de servidores, canales, roles y usuarios, necesarios para que el bot funcione.
- Mensajes: solo los mensajes que empiezan por
/nxo.nxy los mensajes escritos dentro de los tickets. El resto de mensajes de tu servidor no se guardan ni se procesan. - Licencias: la clave, el servidor donde se activó, quién la activó y la fecha de caducidad.
- Compras: el email y los datos del pago los gestiona nuestro proveedor de pagos. Nosotros no vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta.
2. Para qué los usamos
Para ejecutar las órdenes que da tu servidor, responder en los tickets, dar la bienvenida a nuevos miembros, gestionar las licencias y evitar abusos (por ejemplo, el límite diario de uso).
3. Inteligencia artificial
Para entender las órdenes y responder en los tickets, el texto de esos mensajes y los nombres de canales y roles de tu servidor se envían a un proveedor de IA (Google Gemini). Estos proveedores procesan el texto solo para generar la respuesta.
4. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
No guardamos datos de conversaciones, mensajes ni actividad de usuarios. Todo se procesa en el momento y se descarta de inmediato.
- Licencias: solo guardamos la clave y el nombre del servidor mientras la licencia esté activa. Cuando la eliminas o caduca, se borran automáticamente.
- Tickets y mensajes: no se almacenan. Se procesan en tiempo real para generar la respuesta y no quedan guardados en ningún sitio.
- Registro de acciones: se escribe directamente en el canal de logs de tu servidor. Nosotros no lo guardamos.
5. Con quién los compartimos
No vendemos tus datos. Solo los compartimos con los proveedores necesarios para dar el servicio: Discord, el proveedor de IA y el proveedor de pagos. Ninguno recibe más información de la estrictamente necesaria para ejecutar cada acción.
6. Tus derechos
Puedes pedirnos acceder a tus datos, corregirlos o borrarlos escribiendo a [email protected]. Si expulsas el bot de tu servidor, deja de procesar cualquier dato de ese servidor.

1. What data we use
- Discord data: IDs and names of servers, channels, roles and users, needed for the bot to work.
- Messages: only messages starting with
/nxor.nxand messages written inside tickets. Other messages in your server are not stored or processed. - Licenses: the key, the server where it was activated, who activated it and the expiry date.
- Purchases: your email and payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
2. What we use it for
To run the commands given in your server, reply in tickets, welcome new members, manage licenses and prevent abuse (for example, the daily usage limit).
3. Artificial intelligence
To understand commands and reply in tickets, the text of those messages and the names of your server's channels and roles are sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini). These providers process the text only to generate the reply.
4. How long we keep it
We do not store any conversation, message or user activity data. Everything is processed in real time and discarded immediately.
- Licenses: we only store the key and the server name while the license is active. When you delete it or it expires, it is deleted automatically.
- Tickets and messages: not stored. They are processed in real time to generate a reply and are not saved anywhere.
- Action log: written directly to your server's log channel. We do not store it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers needed to run the service: Discord, the AI provider and the payment provider. None of them receive more information than strictly necessary to carry out each action.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. If you remove the bot from your server, it stops processing any data from that server.
